bLACK shoots two foreigners dead at an auto dealership near detroit--because "rust never sleeps"
"(wxyz-Shelby township) Terrance Jermaine Sandles was arraigned on 15 counts of murder, weapons, robbery, and drug charges in the shooting deaths at star auto sales in early november. police said he was upset over a vehicle purchase.

"the victims were 40-year-old Marvan Batoo, owner of star auto sales, and 48-year-old Ghaith Baban, a customer.
"police said Sandles was upset over rust appearing on his car, which he purchased a few months ago at the dealership.
