The President is headed to Walter Reed for his (second) "annual physical exam of the year"

The headline was quoting some lesbian musician named king princess, I've never heard of her but she said this:

Does a woman have to be some kind of expert to be a lesbian? Newsflash to this king princess, the same sex will instinctively know how the same sex equipment operates because they have the same equipment, it's learning about the other sex that requires a learning curve.
These lesbos will never be honest so I'll fill it in. It's just that weird way they intellectualize their homosexuality, unlike men who function on impulse, socially insecure women will rationalize and analyze sexuality down to it's minutest detail, then make a conscious choice to avoid dealing with heterosexual rituals by turning to homosexual behavior. Then do their very best to put out messages to other females, especially vulnerable underage ones, telling them they can take the same way out.

The headlines should read this:
"Racist african negro murders 6 yr. old White boy, attempts to murder his sister and is then found not guilty due to insanity. After serving 10 yrs. he is released but is quickly re arrested for failure to register as a felon".
According to the article, he was found not guilty of the murder due to insanity but found guilty of the brutal assaults on the rest of the family.
WTF??? Did I read that right? I had to read it again to make sure.
He gets excused for murdering a 6 yr. old boy due to some kind of mental issue but not excused for the crime of assault on other members of the family he attacked. Insanity suggests somebody can't control what they do so aren't responsible, so why wouldn't his insanity also excuse the assault he committed along with the murder? Or conversely, if he was sane enough to responsible for "mere" assault, why isn't he sane enough to be responsible for actual murder? What kind of bizarro reasoning is laid out in those court documents that make any kind of sense out of this? I can only imagine.
He was sentenced to 20 yrs. and served 10. He deserved the death penalty, but that's not going to happen, his lawyer will always play the crazy card no matter what evil he will do when he gets back on the streets. Guarantee, he's not done, the lawyers, judges and system that are protecting him have the blood of his future victims on their hands.

A summary of President Donald Trump's latest physical exam revealed the 79-year-old underwent more cardiovascular tests and received updated vaccinations.
Trump, 79, traveled to Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday, Oct. 10, to deliver remarks to troops and get a "routine yearly check up," as described by White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, despite announcing previously that Trump had already completed his annual physical.
On Friday evening, White House physician Sean Barbabella released a summary of the exam in a statement shared with PEOPLE.
In the release, Barbabella shared that the president's visit was "part of his ongoing health maintenance plan," and included lab testing, advanced imaging, and "preventive health assessments."
He noted that Trump underwent the testing to "ensure optimal cardiovascular health and continued wellness."
Though Barbabella did not elaborate on the imaging or "preventive assessments" that were performed, he added that Trump's laboratory results were "exceptional," and that his cardiac age is "approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age." According to the Heart Foundation, cardiac age is a metric that evaluates a person's cardiovascular health and risk for heart attack in comparison to their chronological age.
In addition to the tests and imaging, Trump also received updated influenza and COVID-19 vaccines, per the letter viewed by PEOPLE.
