Update on the Giuliani traffic incident
Lauren Kemp, 19, ID'd as driver of vehicle who hit Giuliani's Ford bronco.
No charges have been filed. Why not?
With a name like Kemp, could be black or White, but in n.h., probably White.

Oh, yeah, not only New Hampshire, but it looks like all the Lauren Kemps on this facebook list https://www.facebook.com/public/Lauren-Kemp are white. I don't do facebook but even I could find it.
Now come on, there's a teenager named Lauren and no social media photos show up on a general search? And no New England or DC reporter had the time and curiosity to track this down?
Funny/weird that on another search it showed an unwhite "Lauren Marley".

Former mayor,Rudy Giuliani announced his marriage to 19 year old,Lauren Kemp,the driver who put Giuliani in the hospital,after rear-ending his car last Saturday.
"See,"said the former mayor,"no arrests or lawsuits needed. We came to a similar understanding that Bill Belichick and(girlfriend)Jordan Hudson did,I think. This was love at first sight. I saw her 19 year old cans and she saw criminal charges and bankruptcy in her future,after causing the accident. We decided on this solution."
As for a honeymoon,Giuliani is on the "physically unable to perform" list until further notice,but anticipates "at least one or two goes,at my soon to be wife,in a few weeks."
It's the only reason I can think of why Rudy didn't pursue charges against Kemp.

Shawn Kemp? I had to look that up. For me, the A in NBA stands for Avoidance. And the most dangerous Kemp of all is that snake-in-the-grass governor plotting his '28 strategery.
Pretty good set of questions by the rag outlet. Can anyone say "Chappaquiddick--without the water?"
Shawn Kemp's claim to fame was fathering over 20 keeds--if I remember correctly--but that was 2O years ago plus.
