"A lurking variable", as they say in Statisticsville. In this case, "Importations" has a lot to do with keeping the Injunctionators happy. And keeping their grass mowed and their kids nannied and the dishes washed in their trendy swampy DC ristorantes.
Clinton, Bush, Obama (and Brandon! They left out Brandon!) put up some monster numbers for Importations.
