    Darpa? I recently read that MULTIPLE agencies are involved in this, including NASA and NOAA. (I may have that article saved somewhere- it's recent.) Also the FAA, which has to authorize/monitor air traffic. And while passenger jets have been suspected of releasing chemtrails via tainted fuel, commercial flights don't make criss-cross patterns in the sky all at the same time or fly parallel to each other. And what about the private companies that have openly stated they were releasing chemicals into the air to block the sun- why haven't they been shut down? If RFK is serious he'd better get past "I think" and actually DO something. Just like he said recently he was CONSIDERING doing something about children still being forced to get the Covid vaxx!
