ap’s Russ Bynum: “savannah, Ga. (ap) — a Georgia sheriff's deputy won’t face criminal charges for fatally shooting a black man during a 2023 traffic stop that spiraled [sic] into a violent struggle, the district attorney who examined body-camera video and other evidence in the killing said tuesday.

“Leonard Cure, 53, was killed just three years after florida authorities had freed him from prison after serving 16 years for a crime he did not commit.

“A white deputy in Camden County, Georgia, pulled Cure over for speeding on Interstate 95 near the Florida line on Oct. 16, 2023. The deputy ordered Cure to get out of his pickup truck and shocked him with a stun gun when Cure refused to put his hands behind his back. body- and dash camera video showed Cure was fighting back and had a hand at the deputy's throat when he was shot point-blank.”

Cure wasn’t “fighting back”; he was committing premeditated resisting arrest, assault and battery, and attempted murder of a police officer. The ap’s operative leaves no doubt that for him, white policemen have no right to arrest black criminals, and that black criminals have a right to murder white policemen.

The stop didn’t “spiral into a violent struggle.” Cure deliberately drove at over 100 mph, in the hopes that a cop would pull him over, so he could murder him.

N.S. comment at ap/yahoo news: The ap operative throws around the assertion that Leonard Cure was “exonerated,” as if it were a lifetime get-out-of-jail-free card. Then commenters feel that they have to be on the defensive.

I don’t believe that Cure was “exonerated” of having been falsely convicted. There is a powerful, false exoneration movement of crooked lawyers, judges, and other activists. If you go to their Websites (“innocence projects”) and check the names on their lists, you’ll find one cut-throat after another, almost all of the same race, who were guilty as hell, yet who were “exonerated,” and ended up millionaires. (I’d name a few, but the Gauleiter would block me.)

Many years after the trial, “innocence” activists pressure witnesses into recanting their testimony, and tamper with evidence. The founder of the northwestern university “innocence project” framed one man, in order to free a serial killer. The founder was caught but only forced to resign.

Leonard Cure acted like a career criminal who committed first degree, premeditated, attempted murder of a police officer. He wanted to be pulled over.

N.S.: Who was “wrongfully convicted”? Leonard Cure? The hell, he was. The “exoneration” movement only exists to get off guilty-as-hell criminals, almost all of them black, for their crimes, and then to shake down White taxpayers for millions of dollars. And you support such racist scum, which makes you racist scum, too.

Note, too, Benjamin Crump’s involvement in the case. If Leonard Cure and his family weren’t completely in the wrong and racist scum, Crump would never have taken on their case.
