I just came across this. It’s from TV Guide, exactly 50 years ago. The article is about militant groups attacking the depiction of “minorities” [blacks] on television (and the hiring of same for technical positions). Their claims were pure bilge, but the interesting thing is, there seemed to be a suspiciously well-funded group for each “minority” (including gays!), and nearly identical in their platforms (in other words, well-coordinated, directed by an unnamed higher source).
The kicker is at the end: “...One of these militant leaders, Gloria Steinem, recently addressed a media group in New York. She was speaking, she said, on behalf of the women’s movement AND ALL MINORITIES [emphasis mine]. She declared all these movements to be ‘part of a revolution, AN ANTHROPOLOGICAL REVOLUTION AGAINST THE WAY SOCIETY IS ORGANIZED, AGAINST CASTE, AGAINST DIVISION ON THE BASIS OF SEX AND RACE.’ And she warned that continued media resistance to this movement will cause it to explode in a much more difficult and complex way.”
As bold a Communist declaration as you can make-and America slept. It eventually did “explode,” didn’t it? -RM
Young CIA agent Gloria Steinem as a Playboy bunny, in 1963. No doubt, the Agency got her the gig.
So "society" flipped it.Now White men(less net worth than multi-millionaires)are the targets of "women and all minorities,"with the rights given to them by the Constitution, denied or severely diminished.
ReplyDeleteFree speech, right to a job based on qualifications, bear arms, the right to live where you want safely, are gone or are in the process of being removed.
The current administration is fully supportive of that goal, carrying on the obama administration 's implementation of the process to replace Whitey.

Just to clarify: the "minorities" whose grievances were described in the article were, in order: blacks, Chicanos (they quote someone from La Raza!), Asians, Indians, women, gays. This wasn't just agitprop: local stations' licenses came up for renewal every few years, and could be challenged if the stations were determined not to be "serving the public interest." So, a "coalition of the fringes," organized and funded by some higher source, pushing for economic leverage, control of the media, and eventually total dominance (breakdown) of society itself. -RM
ReplyDeleteThose rabbit ears just make her look stupid.
ReplyDeleteMISS UNIVERSE PAGEANT WILL HAVE TWO TRANNIES AS CONTESTANTS THIS WEEKEND
ReplyDeleteGRA:One of the events people enjoyed watching years ago.My mom and aunt used to call each other up and debate which contestant would win.Same for Miss America and USA.My aunt would have been disgusted by trannies in a women's beauty contest.
(FOX)This year’s Miss Universe pageant is slated to feature at least two transgender people who identify as women for the first time, Miss Portugal, a flight attendant named Marina Machete, and Rikkie Kollé, who is the first transgender Miss Netherlands. This follows Spain’s Ángela Ponce, who was the pageant’s first trans contestant overall in 2018, but did not advance to the finals.
(GRA:Machete--is that what he used to cut his balls off?)
Machete released a video in September lamenting that "rising levels of transphobia and intolerance are alarming worldwide." However, Machete declared it was "heartwarming" to see "that the Miss Universe organization is so inclusive, breaking boundaries and creating a platform for women not only to empower them but as well to create real changes in their own communities."
("Inclusive."Let regular men in then and dogs and apes and parrots--to be totally inclusive. Why limit it to "women?Or humans?)
"Trans women are women, full stop," the Miss Universe Organization told CNN in October, following Miss Portugal’s crowning. "We are here to celebrate women, full stop. This has been true for more than a decade, and we’re proud to have made this change very early on, compared to other programs."

ReplyDelete(Condensed from daily mail,March 2016)
GRA:This article was written the day after popular former Bears' player and coach,Mike Ditka was fired from ESPN,"for derogatory remarks made against president barack obama."
(Cancel culture.)
In the article,Ditka asserted that ,"Obama is our worst president ever."
He also regretted not heeding the call in 2004,by Illinois GOPers, who wanted him to replace Jack Ryan as the Republican candidate for Senate.
"They wanted me to run,but I had too many business interests going on and my wife was against it.Still,I now regret that decision,as it would have probably meant obama would never have become president."
The article said,"obama was worried about the popular Ditka entering the race."
"Instead,Alan Keys(another black)became the GOP candidate and was crushed by obama."
GRA:Ditka made it to his 84th birthday in October,5 years after suffering what he called,"a massive heart attack."
