Shooter was taken into custody but he, or she, has not been identified yet. Details are sparse but the article does state this in the second paragraph:
“the suspect shot at one point ‘randomly into the crowd,’ at a campground near the gorge amphitheater where the beyond wonderland electronic dance music festival was taking place.”
then this later on:
“‘the shooter then walked away from where the incident happened,’ he said. he added that after law enforcement moved into the area ‘he continued to randomly shoot into the crowd and the suspect was eventually taken into custody.
“Foreman said that two people were killed and three were injured including the suspect.
Sounds like it was a targeted shooting that turned into a random shooting. Usually targeted shooters shoot their target and that’s it. Who targets someone, and then just starts randomly shooting at other people? Sounds like something a negr....oops, shouldn't make any assumptions because we just don’t know yet, and this is the pacific nw in an area that shouldn’t be particularly “diverse.” Then again, it’s a music festival that probably drew concertgoers from all over. Interestingly, the news TV bit I saw showed a group of negroes walking around when it ran. Was that a clue?
As we saw in Willowbrook,it only takes one "group of negroes" to turn a public event into a murder scene.Willowbrook--a 2% negro demographic.

ReplyDeleteWhen what ran? You don't need the "when it ran" part.
Here are the acts:
https://pnw.beyondwonderland.com/
No idea who they are and if they are likely to attract kneegrows.
This article said the 2nd day was cancelled:
"Shooting in Gorge Amphitheater campground kills 2, injures 3 including the suspect"
https://www.oregonlive.com/crime/2023/06/shooting-in-gorge-amphitheater-campground-kills-2-injures-3-including-the-suspect.html
So it maybe only the acts on the 1st day are relevant? Or maybe not.

"The suspect was hospitalized for his injuries, but no further details were immediately released. Details on the victims would be released at a later time, Foreman said."
It can take a bit of time until "the wheels turn" and identities are established and names are released. Especially if people are killed they want to notify family first.
It is not particularly significant or interesting when such info is not immediately available. Assuming it's an adult, you will learn the ID of the shooter soon enough.
"Disappointed, overwhelmed concertgoers leave Gorge after Saturday shooting leaves 2 dead, 3 injured"
ReplyDeletehttps://www.spokesman.com/stories/2023/jun/17/shooter-near-gorge-amphitheatre-arrested/
"The shooter was one of the three people injured, Foreman said. He said the identity of the shooter will be released at a later time.
While law enforcement did not name victims or the shooter, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office did say Sunday they’d notified families of all the victims."
It says the shooting happened at a camping ground some distance from the venue. Blacks are not big fans of camping. Was there daytime parking for the event at the venue?
Comment from an attendee:
“I would be lying if I said that I could never imagine something like that happening,” said Parker Hutchinson, a concert attendee. “That’s been in the back of my head every time I’m here, that someone would do that.”
Why? Because lots of Blacks attend? Or lots of lowlifes generally?
Nothing new on Grant County Twitter:

The Jordan Williams incident ended with him stabbing a man to death who had punched his girlfriend. Difference in both these cases is that all the players involved were black. Something tells me Neely's supporters will be silent about these two incidents.

"Something tells me Neely's supporters will be silent about these two incidents."
ReplyDeleteWhy should they say anything about them? They aren't particularly relevant to the specific circumstances that resulted in the death of Neely. More than anything, they just show that riding transit in NYC is generally an unpleasant and risky thing to do. But everyone already knows that.
"stabbing a man to death who had punched his girlfriend"
In contrast, there is no evidence Daniel Penny intended to harm Jordan Neely.
But that didn't stop the wikifags from putting up a page entitled "Killing of Jordan Neely", as if Penny "killed" Neely. Of course it is closed to editing.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Jordan_Neely
In the 1st paragraph they make sure you know Neely was black and Penny is white:
"On May 1, 2023, around 2:30 p.m., Jordan Neely, a homeless 30-year-old black man, was killed by a 24-year-old white ex-marine, who placed him in a chokehold while they were riding the F train on the New York City Subway in Manhattan, New York City, U.S."
Later they tell you a witness reported that Neely did not "attack" anyone:
"Vázquez said that Neely did not physically attack anyone."
So some rabid psycho can be spewing spittle in your face while saying he wants to kill you and you have to sit there and take it.
It already has 108 references. It'll probably have hundreds more before this case is legally resolved. So have no doubt, it's all very well documented that Penny "killed" Neely. Just like Chauvin killed Floyd.
You can find media reports saying the NYC medical examiner ruled Neely's death a "homicide" via "compression of the neck". But that only makes sense if the cause of death was either:
1) asphyxiation, meaning his trachea was compressed or closed and not enough air could reach his lungs, or
2) lack of oxygen to the brain via occlusion of the carotid arteries; but this is doubtful because witnesses reported Neely was struggling to free himself for some minutes, and there is no way that could have happened were his carotids blocked by "compression".
Were the autopsy + toxicology published?

https://www.oregonlive.com/news/2023/06/oregon-teen-suspect-in-murder-of-13-year-old-milana-li-unlikely-to-be-tried-as-adult-analysis-shows.html
I'm sure the "analysis" was very sophisticated.
"Previously, people ages 15 to 17 accused of Measure 11 crimes including murder, rape or robbery were automatically tried in adult court. But now, as a result of Oregon’s 2019 juvenile justice reforms, prosecutors must request a hearing for a judge to decide whether to move a juvenile’s case into adult court."
So who were the OR lawmakers responsible for the 2019 "reforms" that mean juvenile murderers, rapists, etc will now generally not be tried as adults?
And who is Daniel Ryan Gore?
It's odd that he is named although it seems he will not be charged as adult. Handling of juvenile cases is generally confidential so the perpetrator, who often cannot be jailed past the age of 25, can more easily be "re-integrated" into society later.

"He described the gunman as a muscular male wearing a black t-shirt, and the shooting took place during a brief chase."
I have a feeling the victim was able to provide a little more info on the suspect, but the media decided not to publish it. But who knows? The media is so untrustworthy these days.

Because the only thing the media, libs and woke care is how they can spin these cases into some kind of racial bias incident. If Jordan Williams had been a White man, they'd be screaming to the heavens this is a White racist hate crime not caring one bit that there were different circumstances. THAT'S why.

ReplyDeleteWhen what ran? You don't need the "when it ran" part
Please contact the bureau of redundancy to report this monumental crime against the rules of the written word.
I'm sure they will file it in your John Q Nitpicker file, a very thick one I'm sure.
Seriously, we all play loose with the rules of grammar, you can scan through comments and find plenty of things you could pick at. What on earth kind of point do you think you are making?
Being literal and having tunnel vision, though often taking time to gather details when we sometimes leap before we look is not necessarily a bad thing, but behaving like a petulant wokester so desperate to score a talking point they play grammar nazi is childish and I think, beneath us. Let them behave that way, be better than that.
"Because the only thing the media, libs and woke care is how they can spin these cases into some kind of racial bias incident."
ReplyDeleteThey do care about that, yes.
But again: these later cases are not really relevant to the Penny case. So there is no reason the people angry about Neely's death should say anything about them. This is not a difficult concept.
And there are some differences.
In the Penny case, there is video of the incident showing what was supposed to be, and it seems could have been, non-lethal restraint somehow resulted in the death of Neely. Watching the video you could get the impression Penny could have, and maybe should have, eased off.
There is no video of the altercation resulting in Jordan Williams stabbing someone.
In the Jordan Williams case, it's claimed there was an assault: the dead guy punched someone (the GF of the accused, it seems). Although per this story, Williams pushed him first:
https://nypost.com/2023/06/19/accused-j-train-stabber-jordan-williams-was-forced-to-step-up-dad/
"Williams pushed the older man when he persisted, prompting Ouedraogo to slug him and his girlfriend, according to sources and witnesses — with the two men then getting into a brawl, during which Williams allegedly stabbed and mortally wounded Ouedraogo."
So Williams initiated physical contact.
Jordan Williams was not initially questioned and released like Penny was (Penny was indicted by a GJ and charged later).
Williams is charged with more serious crimes: manslaughter and illegal possession of a weapon. He is in a lot more legal trouble than Daniel Penny.
All-in-all, there are fewer reasons for "activists" to be upset about the Jordan Williams case and how it is being legally handled.
If you want to complain about something, complain about the black female judge who released Jordan Williams without bail. He is charged with more serious crimes than Daniel Penny, yet there is no bail, whereas Penny's bail was set at $100k.

ReplyDeleteYes, you reinforced what I wrote, but going over more details doesn't change the fact that the usual suspects would eagerly weaponize any White on black subway incident and compare it to Jordan Neely regardless of how "relevant" it was. I have no idea why addressing that point triggers you so badly so I will leave it at that.

"Yes, you reinforced what I wrote"
ReplyDeleteNo, not really. I "reinforced" that there is STILL no reason for the people upset about the Penny/Neely case to comment on either of these new cases.
And you wrote NOTHING about bail. I'm not stupid. I can read. The one difference I noted that may be worth highlighting is that Penny, who did not intend to harm Neely and is charged with a lesser offence (2nd degree manslaughter), was assigned a 6 figure bail amount, whereas the guy who knifed someone to death and is charged with a more serious offense (ordinary manslaughter) was released with no bail.
"Seriously, we all play loose with the rules of grammar"
Had more to do with clumsy wording than grammar.
You have a thin skin.

ReplyDeleteLike I said, they would eagerly weaponize any similar White on black incident regardless if there were differing circumstances. You can write all day and that fact will not change. Why you are so easily triggered that I mock their hypocrisy is bizarre beyond belief. Then you cluelessly accuse me of being the one with "thin skin"??? Maybe so, but that's only when somebody attacks me, unlike you I recognize legitimate satire and don't contrive pointless critiques about it. You know what the pot calls the kettle don't you?
