White, buffalo supermarket shooting Suspect charged with federal hate crimes for attacking racist, black community

By N.S.

The msm called the area "a proud, black community." I merely translated.

"buffalo supermarket shooting Suspect charged with federal hate crimes

"Payton Gendron had already faced a mandatory life sentence without parole if convicted on previously filed state charges in the May 14 rampage."

  1. For laughs,I looked up "a stronger word than hate".

    Abhor,detest,abominate,loathe.

    In the future:
White man Robby Johnson was charged--not only with a hate crime, but a class one Abhorrent Crime, for his actions in gunning down a group of blacks, who were meandering in his backyard a month ago.Johnson said he was fearful the group of 20 blacks would break into his garage and house and he "wasn't about to let it get that far."

The state where Johnson lives, passed a new set of hate crime charges against Whites, allowing prosecutors to add even more years to their sentences.

Class one Abhorrent Crime:Shooting more than 15 blacks at a time.

Class two:Shooting more than 30 blacks at a time.

Class three:Shooting more than 50 blacks at a time.

Each charge level adds 100 years to the sentence.

Or as in our CURRENT situation:redundant, redundant, redundant.Plus blacks are never charged.

Was Waukesha massacre perp Darrell Brooks charged for a federal hate crime? How about Frank R. James, the NY subway shooter? Nope. They've piled all sorts of charges on James, but nothing hate crime related: https://www.live5news.com/2022/01/12/prosecutors-add-dozens-charges-wisconsin-parade-deaths/?outputType=apps
in the wake of the Uvalde school shooting there have been many references to past shootings or mass killings in the media and I couldn't help but notice they always skip over James and Brooks (or any non White one) and find a White one to talk about. Might be a rare exception here or there but it's true 99% of the time.

  3. Even if they cannot be charged with a hate crime they pile on the charges to get a plea bargain agreement from the accused.
