These cops should have been instantly aware of the bad guy up to no good making such a fuss about his crotch and then demanding to be handcuffed but not behind the back. Those are a lot of rounds fired! Look at the neck on that bull! Life time career young criminal now gone. Those cops lucky to be alive all of them.
I wonder if Old Brownie the CPD chief will now instruct that all perps be handcuffed in the back. Doubt it.
