How is someone who is only 20 a substitute teacher? -- what qualifications are needed for that?
She is only twenty years old? How is she eligible to teach? Did not have sex in the schoo' but the "child" is underage. Young bull like negro kids when they are thirteen or fourteen years old have the body of a grown adult.
