That is, rife with corruption and feather-bedding.
MSM HOAX?NNN/CNN BOTH PROCLAIM (BLACK)TEXAS SCHOOL SHOOTER "WAS BULLIED"--HE'S RELEASED FROM JAIL
ReplyDeleteGRA:I heard it first on Lesta Holt's lie-athon.
(CNN)The suspect in a shooting at a Texas high school that left four people injured was released on bail Thursday.
Timothy George Simpkins turned himself in to police after fleeing from Timberview High School in Arlington on Wednesday. He was booked on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Simpkins was transferred to Tarrant County jail Thursday morning and released after posting $75,000 bail.
A 15-year-old who was shot in the incident was in critical condition and a 25-year-old who was shot was in "good condition," Arlington police spokesperson Tim Ciesco said in a statement Thursday afternoon.
A third victim was released from the hospital Wednesday and fourth person was treated at the scene, police previously said.
Arlington Assistant Police Chief Kevin Kolbye said Wednesday the shooting occurred after a fight broke out between students. In an arrest warrant released Thursday, police said a witness heard a teacher calling for help from another classroom and saw a fight between Simpkins and another student when she entered.
The witness helped break up the fight and "was able to control the other individual involved in the altercation," the arrest warrant states.
"When the witness turns around to check on Simpkins, Simpkins had produced a firearm. Upon seeing this firearm, the witness turned to run out of the classroom. The witness then heard three-to-four gunshots," the arrest warrant states.
(GRA:That isn't self defense.)
Another witness told police Simpkins grabbed the firearm from a backpack after the fight broke up. This witness said Simpkins shot seven to eight times, the arrest warrant states.
Simpkins shot the student with whom he was in a fight and one of the teachers attempting to break the fight up, according to the arrest warrant.
Simpkins' family said Wednesday he was a victim of bullying and had been robbed at school before.
“The decision he made, taking the gun, we’re not justifying that,” Carol Harrison Lafayette, a family member who spoke on behalf of Simpkins’ family outside their home Wednesday. “That was not right. But he was trying to protect himself."
GRA:No he wasn't--the "fight" was over.blacks can't have it both ways--can they?.The Michael Drejka case determined that one second after being violently pushed to the ground,Drejka could not shoot the negro who did it.
Here, long past fight time,Simpkins and famblee claim self defense.I repeat the question:you can't have it both ways---or can you nowadays,if black?

Dallas officer accused of promoting pyramid scheme made $48,000 in money transfers, affidavit says -- Reginald Jones, 58, has been with Dallas police nearly 20 years and is assigned to the South Central Patrol Division
Reginald Jones, 58, turned himself in to DeSoto police about 4 p.m. Friday and posted a $10,000 bond that same evening, police said. .. A detective analyzed Jones’ cellphone data and interviewed a man who had exchanged messages with the officer, according to the affidavit. The man, who worked in construction, told the detective that Jones approached him and a co-worker on Oct. 5, 2020, while Jones was on duty and in uniform blocking traffic on Interstate 35. ... The man said Jones told him and his co-worker about a “gifting program” that they could join if they paid others through CashApp, according to the affidavit.
Take a look at the foto of officer Jones -- a fucking ape; there is no other way to honestly describe him -- this is the kind of Black elevated into the middle class by affirmative action in government employment and the money of white taxpayers/wealth creators.
Per city-data.com, DeSoto TX is almost 70% black but has crime levels comparable to/only slightly above the US average, which is a rare phenomenon.
ReplyDeleteA general rule of thumb is that you divide the local black population fraction (in this case 67.3%) by the fraction of Blacks nationally (13.5%), and this is the multiplying factor for crime compared to the national average you expect to find -- so normally you'd expect to find 5x the national rate of crime in DeSoto.

ReplyDeleteTIMOTHY GEORGE SIMPKINS HAD AN INSTAGRAM PAGE
Seems he had an Instagram acct; appears it's now deleted -- before it was deleted they caught one of his few public posts -- it shows him sitting in a car and there's a gun in the door pocket -- you can take a nigger out of the ghetto but blah blah.
Yahoo News -- Family of teen suspect in Texas high school shooting said he had been bullied, robbed
Wheat said Simpkins was in his first year at Timberview. She said that he had always gone to private school and that he transferred to the public high school because he wanted to try something different.
So he's 18 y/o, the normal age for a senior (what class is he in?), and always went to private school, but switched to public school to try something different -- does that really make sense? -- who doesn't want to finish HS where you've been going? -- or maybe he was kicked out of the private school -- ?
After a year of double sessions due to overcrowding, during the summer before my senior year in HS they finished and opened a new HS that per the set attendance boundary I should have attended -- but they decided to allow all seniors to continue at and graduate from the school we'd attended the previous 3 years -- we were all very happy about that; we didn't want to got to a new school for our senior year.
I have a feeling there's more to this story.
Wait a goshdarn minute! Shot seven times with a .45? And still alive? Good lord, either a typically poor shot (cf., Steve Sailer's axiom regarding number of dead victims versus wounded as indicative of race of shooter) or the vic is superhuman.

ReplyDeleteWe may hear more about this -- many people are curious about it:

What's puzzling is the family of the shooter is reported to be living in a $400K house. They look like they are straight out of the projects. Junior is completely ghetto. How are these people in that neighborhood?
Just a wild guess, but drugs or scamming welfare.Maybe they hit the black lottery.
