    Well,the blacks have entrenched their supposed 13%(I say it's higher)population in all the big cities and many states with important electoral votes--Illinois,Pennsylvania,Michigan,New York,New Jersey etc.
    There's no way,unless Whites took back those states demographically,that the GOP can do anything about winning those electoral votes ever again.
