A.L.: Undoubtedly this bad guy will be counted as a "white man" for crime statistical record keeping purposes. In some locales a crime of this sort would be a death penalty case and only that. Attack on a handicapped person of whatever type of attack and handicap normally warranting three times the normal amount of punishment.
