    Who's the police chief?Black.
    White cops have no hope of urban cities improving with blacks running police departments.Instead of going after black thugs in a serious manner,I believe White cops are becoming more distraught over policies that seek to minimize arrest of black criminals while allowing White police to be targets of those same black felons.Compounding the situation,if police protect themselves--they get raked over the coals by media--and fired.
    It's a no-win situation.This officer,sadly,reacted with extreme feeling about Sabo's death.Let Whites run PDs again--with the authority to fight crime not enable it.

    James Skernivitz was the cop killed--Sabo committed suicide in reaction to the murder.
