C'mon, we know who's gonna pay.
Blacks are the victims here (of their own avarice, stupidity and incompetence), but Y Tee gets to pay, one way or another.
Large portions of Detroit already gone back to nature. Urban farmers want to lease abandoned land for farming, but probably too polluted.
