    Different kind of "Black Shootings"--people "shooting up"--and overdosing--thanks to black drug dealers.
    (GRA)The headline,on my local news was that Michigan was the second worst state--behind the District of Columbia--for drug abuse.
    I looked at the story another way.Here are the states with the LEAST drug problems:(from WalletHub)
    44 South Dakota
    45 Utah
    46 Nebraska
    47 North Dakota
    48 Kansas
    49 Idaho
    50. Hawaii
    51 Minnesota
    Anything stand out with these states-as to WHY there wouldn't be a drug problem there?
    How about a low black population,as a huge difference,in the amount of drugs circulating a particular area.Just saying.
