Felons in Black Robes: Meet Criminal, Reconquista Judge, Monica Harranz—and Her Accomplices!

In Portland, a female judge named Monica Harranz, let an illegal, 20-something, male alien, Diddier Pacheco Salazar, who was in court facing DUI charges, escape ICE agents by letting him out a door reserved for judges. Fortunately, despite Judge Harranz’ assistance, Mr. Salazar was still apprehended on the street.

It appears Ms. Harranz will not face any charges (from the article):

"The way in which Pacheco Salazar eluded capture by ICE caught the attention of U.S. Attorney Billy Williams, according to multiple sources. Williams was concerned that a local judge may have kept federal agents from making an arrest."

"Ultimately, Williams decided against opening an investigation into Herranz or any of the lawyers who may have been involved. He did, however, have a subsequent lunch meeting with Multnomah County judges, including Waller, and with Portland-area ICE administrator Elizabeth Godfrey."

Did this judge not commit a crime? When the highest officers in our court system are complicit in aiding and abetting criminals, and are then protected by those in charge of monitoring their conduct, then what kind of justice system do we have? This is beyond belief. I don't know if I have adequate words for this one but check out the comments, plenty of readers do.

Here is a photo of Judge Herranz (see top of the page). She appears to be quite attractive.

As a follow-up to my email re the judge who helped an illegal escape ICE by letting him slip out a back door reserved for judges, the corruption runs deeper than I thought. Quote from this article:
"Williams said he, ICE and the Department of Justice's Office of Professional Responsibility in Washington, D.C., all ultimately agreed not to pursue a criminal investigation or a bar complaint against Herranz or anyone else who may have been involved in the Jan. 27 courtroom incident involving an undocumented [sic] immigrant man from Mexico, Diddier Pacheco Salazar."
This was after Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials approached him with concerns about one week after Multnomah Circuit Court referee Monica Herranz allegedly allowed an illegal alien defendant in her courtroom to elude capture by federal agents. Apparently, ICE is not going to push it, either. They're going to allow this Judge Herranz to get away with her incredibly unprofessional, unethical, and illegal behavior. All levels of our legal enforcement divisions are complicit with this.

I sent this before but here is her picture again. She is very attractive.

Here is a picture of the mope she helped escape the courtroom.

Ugly SOB, I can't help but wonder if she just had the hots for him. I wouldn't be surprised. Attractive as she is, it's not unusual for women like her to be attracted to useless losers like this one.

Justice Laura Blackburne

Wounded cop David Gonzalez

Cop-shooter William Hodges

N.S.: This sort of thing happened in New York City in 2004. On June 10, 2004, a corrupt, racist, black judge, Justice Laura Blackburne, aided and abetted a black convicted felon, Derek Sterling, in escaping from being arrested on a felony charge for robbery and aggravated assault. Sterling was a convicted drug dealer, who had gotten “drug diversion,” instead of prison, and was appearing in Blackburne’s court for a hearing. When an NYPD detective showed up to arrest Sterling for the robbery and agg assault, Blackburne let the felon sneak out a side door that was revered for judges, and successfully flee the premises.

In 2002, the cop-hating jurist helped black defendant William Hodges, charged with shooting rookie policeman David Gonzalez on November 12, 1999 escape justice, by throwing out the charges against him, asserting that prosecutors had taken too long to bring Hodges to trial. Eventually, Blackburne was overruled, and the charges against Hodges reinstated.

In March 2006, Hodges was convicted of shooting Officer Gonzalez, among other charges, and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

In 2005, Blackburne was also removed from her judgeship, due to her misconduct in the Sterling case. Her removal was upheld on appeal by the New York State Court of Appeals.

Blackburne’s history of corruption went back at least to 1990, when as NYC Housing Authority chief, she wasted tens of thousands of dollars remodeling her new office. Said misconduct eventually cost her the housing job.

To make a short story long, a corrupt, affirmative action jurist will sometimes be dealt with, but only after expending great time, effort, and expense, while said jurist wreaks havoc. That’s why you’re not supposed to give jobs requiring more responsibility than flipping burgers to the likes of Laura Blackburne or Monica Harranz.

As Enoch Powell noted in his famous “Like the Roman” speech, on April 20, 1968, “The supreme function of statesmanship is to provide against preventable evils.”

Judge Blackburn was a black woman with a racist bias against whites, one has to wonder how many black felons were on the streets instead of being in jail where they belonged while she was in office. She was kicked off the NY Supreme court for helping Hodge escape. She was also a member of the NAACP, here is some info about her misdeeds:

She lost her "housing job" but then was appointed a judge. And was on the State Supreme Court too! None of this computes.

I should have added an explanation that, in the State of New York, “Supreme Court” is actually a low-level court. Don’t ask me why it’s called “Supreme.”

The highest court in the State of New York is the New York State Court of Appeals.

However, that still fails to adequately answer your comment. Here’s what I think you’re looking for: Judges, for all their sanctimony and black robes, are mostly crooked party hacks. Completely unscrupulous.

Someone like Antonin Scalia was such an extraordinary exception that he simply could not be permitted to die a natural death. His pillow just couldn’t abide that.
