“Prosecutors say that Nkosi Thandiwe was shooting at anything that moved.”

Mug shot of the racist killer, er, “alleged” killer (just ignore his implicit and explicit confessions to the crime)

Racist defendant Nkosi Thandiwe entering the courtroom on Day 1 of his trial with a respectable trial haircut and scholarly trial eyeglasses, provided to him by his public defenders. Although Thandiwe comes from a wealthy, well-connected, privileged family, he jettisoned two sets of private defenders, and is content instead to leech off of the white net taxpayers.

“The defendant reaches out the window and randomly starts shooting these people he doesn’t even know.”

Fulton County Assistant DA Linda Dunikoski, on Day 1 of Thandiwe’s trial for murdering Brittney Watts, rendering Lauren Garcia a paraplegic, and wounding Tiffany Ferenczi, January 29, 2013.

[N.S.: Note that Dunikoski’s use of “random” has the Orwellian Reverse Effect of unwittingly signaling to listeners that the gunfire was anything but random. Nkosi did not fire at any blacks, or even at any white men.]

What the Atlanta Journal-Constitution calls the “Midtown Shooting Trial” began on Tuesday in Fulton County Superior Court.

Lauren Garcia testified from her wheelchair, "I heard a loud noise...and just fell to the ground. I couldn't move my legs. I couldn't walk. I couldn't feel my legs." Garcia will never walk again, and is paralyzed from the waist down as a result of the July 15, 2011 shooting in midtown Atlanta.

Brittney Watts, 26, was killed.

Nkosi Thandiwe, the "alleged" shooter, was a security guard assigned to monitor the Crescent Street parking deck of the Proscenium Building. Thandiwe “allegedly” assaulted Watts in the garage, shot her and then stole her car and tried to escape.

Watts' injuries, according to prosecutor Linda Dunikoski, "went beyond" the fatal gunshot wounds to her neck. "She had bruises on both her wrists, bruises on both her hips, she had lacerations across her stomach," Dunikoski said.

Watts' forehead was also cut open and she had cuts on her back. The prosecution has yet to explain these other injuries.

Was it a sexual assault?

A third woman, Tiffany Ferenczy, was shot in the leg.

Dunikoski said the victims didn't know Thandiwe (important in this kind of trial, as we have seen), and he didn't know them. "Brittney Watts was just going to lunch," the prosecutor said. "Lauren Garcia and Tiffany Ferenczy did nothing but cross the street." The death penalty was never considered by the state.

Just why wasn't the death penalty called for? If a mad dog attacks a person that dog is executed immediately. Georgia is a death penalty state. If the death penalty is not for mad dogs like this black then it is for nothing.

Lord, have mercy.

No Atlanta jury will sentence a black killer to die. Brian Nichols murdered four people in cold blood, the first two with premeditation, and they wouldn't even give him the death penalty.

Here is a link to an article which could shed some light on why some races (ahem, blacks) are much more violent than others. The article talks about a certain gene called MAOA-L and its link to aggression. If you don't want this link in the comments, maybe at least just check it out if this is something you aren't familiar with.

Here is a quick quote from the article to whet your appetite.

"In fact, researchers have even censored their own findings on race and MAOA-L! Others have faced hostility from the University community for mentioning which races have the highest rates."
