Over 15 Months Ago, the S.F. Examiner Published a Story on Racist Black-on-Asian Attacks, but There are No Comments; How Could That be?

Racist blacks throw a 57-year-old Asian woman off a three-foot-high SF muni platform on March 22, 2010.

The San Francisco Examiner story below is entitled, “Recent attacks prompt calls to relieve tensions.” For the past 40 years, the phrase “racial tensions” has been a euphemism for two things: 1. Blacks terrorizing non-blacks (mostly whites); and 2. Blacks raging, and threatening much more violence, as if they were the victims, rather than the perpetrators of the racist violence in (1). For instance, as I have previously written, during the Nation of Islam “Zebra Murders” in San Francisco (1973-1974), when the SFPD aggressively sought to catch the killers, black supremacist preacher, the Rev. Cecil Williams, threatened a race war, if police didn’t back down. As if the race war were not already underway.

Since “tensions” are a black creation, how does one “relieve” them? It’s impossible. The best one can do, is to crush the violent black racists behind the “tensions.” But the whole talk of “tensions” is completely dishonest, in using the rhetoric of black racists.

Meanwhile, look at this story. How can there be no comments on a story this controversial, and this old? The answer: There can’t be. The Examiner’s censors have been busy at work.

I am increasingly encountering controversial news stories on the Web that are days, weeks, and years old, where the Web site publishing them asserts that there are no comments. If you believe that no one commented on these stories, I have a great deal for you on a slightly used bridge.

Recent attacks prompt calls to relieve tensions

Violent act: In March, a 57-year-old Asian woman was thrown from a Muni platform by several youths.

In light of recent attacks against elderly Asians, community leaders are calling on politicians to respond to the concerns about violence and race.

Today, Mayor Gavin Newsom is convening with leaders from the Asian-American and black communities to begin discussions about how to end the violence and smooth over relationships among minority communities. On Tuesday afternoon, members of the Asian-American community are planning to meet on the steps of City Hall to draw attention to increasing violence against members of their community.

“We don’t need to point fingers, but we need to acknowledge that there is racial tension and we need to deal with it,” said Vincent Pan, executive director of Chinese for Affirmative Action.

The growing tension is tied to a series of attacks against Asians in the past three months, including a Jan. 24 incident in which an 83-year-old man was kicked and punched on a T-Third Street Muni platform. The man, Huan Chen, died two months later.

On March 22, a teenager threw a 57-year-old Asian woman off a 3-foot-high T-line platform and onto the street while several youths watched. Other people who were at the stop eventually helped the woman get out of the street. Five days later, a
39-year-old man told police he was attacked by five young men between the ages of 14 and 16 inside a Muni vehicle along Third Street.

Two weeks ago, a San Francisco man, who was Asian, died after being beaten up in Oakland by two black teens he had confronted because they allegedly hit his son. Lavonte Drummer and Dominic Davis, both 18 and Oakland residents, were charged with murder.

San Francisco Supervisor David Chiu, who has been working with community members in the past few weeks on the racial-tension issue, is calling on The City and community to offer a reward to solve the murder case involving Chen.

“I am disturbed about the trend,” Newsom said of the recent attacks. “That’s important to me, and we are taking it very, very seriously.”

Joe Marshall, executive director of the Omega Boys Club in the Bayview, said it’s time for the community and police to hold the perpetrators accountable.

“In the end, the real peace is getting to the people who are doing it,” Marshall said. “That’s the only way to make people feel better.” [Amen, brother!]

Salut Nick : (I tried to send a message via your comment on crimesofthetimes). Thanks for the blogroll. Now if you could hit the "join" button we'd have a nice, symmetrical square, instead of two rows of three and one row of two friends. (You'll note that we are in our friends square, hint hint). Best, - Arturo

I have seen dozens of racist attacks against innocent people in the almost 40 years I have lived in the San Francisco bay area. All but 3 of them were perpetrated by Blacks against people of other races.

I find it hard to swallow that I never even heard of this til now and that it doesn't look like its a huge priority compared to the cockroach "occupiers". If I had 1 wish it would be that one or all of the cowardly "blacks" involved would give this Asian go. I would hang each n every one of em.
