“13/52 & 13/90”
The ADL: “13/52 and 13/90 are racist numeric codes used by white supremacists to portray African-Americans as savage and criminal. White supremacists claim that Blacks make up only 13% of the U.S. population but commit 52% of all murders and 90% of all violent interracial crime.”
The sources of “13/52 and 13/90” are the U.S. Census Bureau, which tells us that blacks constitute 13.3% of the population, and the FBI/DOJ’s Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), which tell us that blacks have averaged 52.2% of the murders committed in America since circa 1985, and 85% of all interracial crime (though it is probably more like 90%, due to manipulation of stats, in counting mestizos and other non-whites as white).
Thus, white nationalists, neo-Nazis, etc. don’t “claim” such numbers, the federal government does. Thus does the ADL try to turn facts into lies, by playing guilt-by-association.
