Strange locale to commit such a horrific mass shooting. That is,it isn't the first country I'd think of,where this would occur--or even the next to last one.

The Aussies opened a Pandora's Box under PM Harold Holt in 1966 when it repealed most of its "white Australia" policy. It completed the job in 1975 when Parliament, urged by PM Gough Whitlam, passed Racial Discrimination Act. Well, mates, this is what you voted for.
