How does it happen? A timely phone call or message to a judge? Too many of these
ReplyDelete"dropped cases" to bitch about this one in particular. An oversight review board needs to look at the the history of that court system and start removing the worthless judges.

BALTIMORE THUGS SNEAK IN A MASS SHOOTING BEFORE CHRISTMAS AT A CHICKEN TAKE-OUT DIVE;54 YEAR OLD GRANDMAMMY SITS IN THE WRONG SPOT AND RECEIVES LEAD INSTEAD OF THE FOOD SHE ORDERED--NO MORE EATING FOR HER;FOUR OTHERS GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR "BULLET TAKE-OUT"
ReplyDeleteBALTIMORE (WBFF) — Surveillance video captured the mass shooting that claimed the life of a woman and injured four men in east Baltimore on Monday night.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3400 block of Belair Road near Mayfield Avenue in the Bel-Air Edison community just before 11 p.m. on Dec. 15.
(GRA:Who eats chicken at 11 pm?)
The family of the woman killed in the shooting, identified as 54-year-old Erica Sterling, of Baltimore, said she leaves behind a husband, six children and four grandchildren.
The footage shows several people standing inside the establishment.
Sterling was sitting on a ledge with her back to the glass storefront when the shooting happened.
The owner of the carry-out said he believed she was simply getting some money from the ATM.
The footage shows everyone reacting as a single bullet pierces through the glass.
Some of the victims then dropped to the ground as at least 30 gunshots were fired into the business.
In the footage, a refrigerated display case can be seen shattering as smoke from the shooting fills the establishment. Some of the victims then run out of the carry-out.
A total of five people were shot including Sterling and four men, ages 20, 24, 25 and 31.
The men sustained non-life threatening injuries, according to the Baltimore Police Department (BPD).
Sterling was pronounced dead at the scene.
“That investigation is also underway and we're committed the same way to hunting down those folks,” Mayor Brandon Scott said during a post Board of Estimates press conference on Wednesday. “A young lady lost her life who shouldn't have lost her life."
(GRA:Why not--she was SHOT in the back!)
FOX45 News questioned BPD about the investigation.
According to the department, investigators are looking for multiple persons of interest in the case and detectives have not yet determined a motive.
No arrests have been made.
GRA:As a New Year's resolution, maybe they can resolve to make a couple arrests in 2026.

WOKE,FEMALE JUDGE IN MILWAUKEE,FOUND GUILTY OF HIDING ILLEGAL FROM ICE;FIVE YEARS IN PRISON COMING?
ReplyDeleteGRA:Doubt it,but even six months to a year would be pretty good.
(fox noise)A jury found Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan guilty of obstructing federal immigration agents during an attempt to serve a warrant at a courthouse earlier this year.
She faces up to five years in prison on the felony obstruction count.
Dugan was arrested in April after helping Eduardo Flores-Ruiz avoid plainclothes Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents who were trying to serve him a warrant. Prosecutors said Dugan helped Flores-Ruiz and his attorney exit her courtroom through a back door on April 18, after learning that ICE agents were in the building to arrest him.
"While we are disappointed in today’s outcome, the failure of the prosecution to secure convictions on both counts demonstrates the opportunity we have to clear Judge Dugan’s name and show she did nothing wrong in this matter," Dugan's defense team said in a statement. "We have planned for this potential outcome and our defense of Judge Dugan is just beginning. This trial required considerable resources to prepare for and public support for Judge Dugan’s defense fund is critical as we prepare for the next phase of this defense."
The jury also acquitted Dugan on a misdemeanor count of concealing an individual to prevent arrest.
GRA:Only lawyers can spin losing a case into a win. Of course, they're not the defendant either.
