There was no argument. That's just cop b.s. They always make up, "So, there was a verbal dispute," etc.

The perp started screaming at the vic, in preparation for killing him. Hopefully, the vic will survive, and the cops will do the job they're paid for, and take the perp off the street, after the thousands of free crimes they've already issued him.
