N.S.: When I was a kid, Reston was one of the first pre-fab communities in America. Not only were all the houses set up at the same time, the people moved in at the same time. I guess that's all over now.

Cops surrounded a house all day,but when they went in,the perp was gone. Crap neighborhood. blacks are walking in that area all the time,as if they're racing a turtle--and not keeping up. Slooooow.
This blackie shooter must have moved faster than that,once he slipped out a window.
No word on who he fired shots at.
