"in this video, I discuss the case of Charles Foehner, a 67 year old man that was recently sent to prison from charges related to a 2023 shooting of a mugger that the queens prosecutor acknowledges was 100% justified. However, despited Foehner having no criminal record & that he completed the process to get a gun license to carry in nyc the gun utilized in the shooting was not covered by his current licenses. therefore the queens district attorney's office tried to lock him up for life, & forced him to take a plea deal for 4 years"

Very insulting to use "that" instead of "who." "Who" refers to people and individual domestic animals like pets and farm animals with names. "That" refers to lower animals and inanimate things.
Prosecutors are not interested in justice--just in rolling up their records of imprisoning people. The trick is to overcharge and pile on many charges for the same thing so that their victims are forced to agree to a lessor sentence. Our corrupt justice system stinks.

FRUITLAND, Fla. (WCJB) - Authorities are asking for help identifying two possible witnesses to a murder at a Dollar General Store in Putnam County.
Sheriff’s office officials say two boys were in the parking lot of the store in Fruitland on Nov. 14 when Lemar Beasley, 54, of Crescent City, stabbed Cheyenne Kastens, 36, of Georgetown.
Officials described the witnesses as a pre-teen and a 14-16-year-old, both of whom are white. They may live within walking distance of the store.
Deputies say the boys aren’t in any trouble. They may have information relevant to the case.
The parents or guardians of the boys are asked to contact....yada yada yada.
GRA:blacks are ramping up the "kill Whitey" attacks. The White woman set on fire on a Chicago subway(I posted it this week--it got lost)by a black with 72 crimes on his rap sheet,was another example.
