    We paid for 12 yrs. of her schooling and she didn't learn a damn thing, now she's suing and will probably get a barrio lottery payout. Now she's getting mental health treatments due to the "trauma" that the US school system caused her. That all comes out of the taxpayers pockets...so much for the productive immigrant. Oh but she wants to be a "writer"...Really? What's she going to write about? How much she's suffered in the racist USA? Notice the article said she's relying on visual aids and other methods to finish her college courses....Why does she need that stuff? Why not just go back to remedial school and actually like...you know...LEARN her readin', writin', rithmitic! She claims to be dyslexic, yeah right, that's what everybody says who couldn't learn in school. Maybe she's just dumb as a rock.

    What's with that special ed. teacher who supposedly bullied her? I"m going to go out on a limb and guess this teacher actually expected her to learn and make an effort and she refused. When the teacher actually tried to do his or her job, it became "harassment".

    Don't know who her lawyer is but I think it may be in Bonfire of the Vanities that blacks like to get a Jew or a Mick lawyer if they really want to win. Maybe Hispanics do the same? Of course in heavily Hispanic places like New Mexico, you want to get an Hispanic that the local jury will identify with. When I got hired at a Hispanic-owned firm in Santa Fe, one of the employees went to the boss and complained that he had hired a White guy. So Hispanics are often very anti-White.
