Biden doesn't grasp that original sin does not in any way shape or form apply to the US when it comes to slavery, nor does he have any idea, or doesn't care, that angolan blacks willingly sold their own people for profit and practiced slavery long before the White man arrived on the scene.

The US brought around 600K blacks to it's shores during the slavery era, far less than the millions taken to Africa during the Barbary slave trade. As a country, the US practiced the institution for about 60 yrs. That might be the briefest period any country had slavery before ending it once and for all. You can blame the British before 1776. Contrast that with african, asian, arabic countries, empires and kingdoms that practiced slavery for centuries or thousands of years. Not even to mention that slavery is still widely practiced in Africa and persists in parts of Asia also.
Yet, White Americans are the only ones that bear this historical guilt and must endlessly apologize (and reparate!). Utter nonsense.
That senile old fool masquerading as president doesn't speak for me, nor does he speak for all White people, he just want to prove how down he is with the black man before he dies or slips away into dementia. Breitbart commenters rip him a well deserved new one.
