Four decades ago? The description of his crime sounds like the work of a serial killer. Maybe never caught, due to black privilege that doesn’t consider black men viable serial killer suspects?

    He's ready to retire to the "joint".Three squares,internet,weight lifting,plump White,female guards to play with. After a life of crime,he couldn't expect a better reward for a life well lived.
