Unfortunately driving on I-5 in downtown Seattle a few years ago, my wife and I saw a woman doing the same thing right alongside the freeway--in full view of all the passing cars. It looked like a White woman. A friend of my wife saw a woman doing it in the aisle of at train in China, and Chinese tourists have been known to do it in department store dressing rooms and other places.
There's no way I was going to play that video.
