GRA: Nothing official, but unofficially, it appears to be a non-White who intentionally sped his truck into the department of public safety offices in Brenham, texas. Reports are the driver was arrested at the scene.

What a place to make a protest.

    UPDATE ON NIG WHO STOLE A RIG AND
    COMMITTED MURDER IN IT.

    (GRA)blackie,Clennard Parker,42,--because he was denied a new driver's license--illegally grabbed an 18 wheeler.He then drove and smashed the stolen rig into a Brenham,Texas government building--killing one,as of this update--with at least 15 others reported injured.
