A drunk Mex hit me about 14 years ago while I was going home from work--ran a red light on a busy street.That was b.g.(before guns).He had no insurance of course.We went to court.He claimed his wife(who was a passenger)was driving and therefore,he wasn't liable.
ReplyDeleteHowever,he had given me his (suspended)driver's license after the accident--which I told prosecutors about.
"Why,if the wife was driving,did I not get HER license info?"
Prosecutors took that and won the case.
After court,the prosecutor and I watched him drive home.
True story.
