"'uplift Harris': new program to provide $500 per month to support some low-income households in Harris county

Under the program, up to 1,500 families living below 200% of the federal poverty line – approximately $40,000 for a family of four – will receive $500 per month to support their household needs.

    $500 a month per family isn’t going to uplift our family hardly anything in USA now especially when you have a big family like to colored do
