I am not sure how a woman can qualify as a combat medic. Normally for qualification you have to be able to lift a weight equivalent to that of a grown man and carry that weight a prescribed distance to qualify. Like lifting a wounded man off the battlefield and carrying that troop to safety. But those are perhaps the old rules.
