  1. I always wonder in "black law"--which is what was dispensed here--which type of event or action actually provoked the decision to use capital punishment,which "White law" has mostly eliminated from its repertoire.

    This concept of "black law" is constantly evolving and becoming more chaotic as I try to define the rules on occasion,so that updating it in real time is quite hectic.It appears currently,that most anything qualifies for being shot--ranging from wearing the wrong baseball cap,to being identified as having killed someone in a competing gang.Being caught eating a wrong flavored ice cream cone to cheating with another negro's bee-atch.

    I guess you can add,"standing in a school parking lot",lol.
