    PDX will tell you that Portland at one time was the epitome of the middle class whitey ideal. That seems to be gone forever now. Seattle also. Anarchists. Blacks running crazy. Minneapolis also. Light rail all three allows movements of minorities to various parts of the city to create mayhem.
