I would be interested in data about this kind of serious statutory sex crime -- anecdotally, i.e. judging just by news accounts, it does appear Hispanics would be significantly over-represented, but I would like to see that confirmed -- perhaps this info could be gleaned from FBI UCR data -- ?
If the data for 2012 is typical (link), the answer is no.
