    Normally people smuggling across an international border would be a federal case but Biden just doesn't seem to care

    Texas has to pick up the slack. New Mexico Arizona California also

    Five years minimum for smuggling alone sounds right

    Someone dies during your smuggling operation the Smuggler gets a minimum 20 years sentence

    And if a minor dies during a smuggling operation that is an automatical death sentence for The Smuggler
