    “We must do more. We must stop this mindless violence in America. We must address gun violence. We have much to do,” the mayor said.

    GRA:We can set the "way back machine" to about 1976--there wasn't ANYTHING going on 95% of the week,month,year--you name it.
    Of course,blacks were not overrunning our major cities either--they were a tiny minority,back then.Mex hadn't invaded the US yet,either.

    Voila--no violence.
    Just have to set the time machine,that's all.
