    I'm becoming more encouraged by the ratcheting up of blacks shooting each other in numbers of 3 or more lately.Previously,it seemed,they'd only gun each other down at the minimal amount of one at a time--which is not going to do the job that needs to be done.

    Three is in the right direction.
