    blacks also driving without a license,insurance(Leroy's Discount Insurance doesn't count),probably high on something--and armed--in a stolen vehicle.

    So what's an accident to them?Nothing.

    My first thought was this is a van loaded with illegals. Multi vehicle crash however.
