    Why would he not don a face mask for disguise? He goes to the effort to dress like a woman but leaves his distinctive face exposed? Could he be that stupid? Gives credibility to my theory he wanted to be caught to expose his "artistic expression" to the world.

    Maybe being dressed as a woman he felt more comfortable. The guy is just plain freaky.
