ReplyDeleteI don't think being out after dark or carrying a weapon would be understood as part of 'feminism' by too many people.
Per news stories, this happened about 11:30pm, which is not all that late, especially near the summer solstice when it is light until quite late.
Still there probably aren't many areas in Philadelphia where it is a good idea for women to be out walking around alone at night -- but the main problem is that due to useless, criminal Blacks, it is unsafe to do that -- less so that these women were doing it.
