Wasn't there the case from decades ago of the infamous subway tagger known as Taki 1-2-3. His body parts found strewn all over the place or he just disappeared during a tagging expedition? Something like that.
NO. That was Taki 183. And evidently alive and well. Not strewn all over the place.
