I doubt it.
It doesn’t cut or shape nails, but nail files and polish remover are available.
FYI:
I imagine relatively few women go to a nail salon just to get nail polish applied, which generally takes nail preparation to make sure the polish can be applied smoothly, that it will last and not chip off -- most women make an appt as they do to get their hair done, then go there to get a manicure: trimming, buffing/smoothing/shaping, and having color applied (polish) if they want.
A good bottle of nail polish costs less than $10, and lasts for a number of applications, which a woman can do at home in 10m (all the prep takes longer).
So I don't really see the value of this machine, or how it could have mass appeal.
