    Who can take a neighborhood and suddenly make it a steaming pile?
    It's Somalis--and we should all know it,

    Sounds like some sort of Somali clan vendetta. That is how those people live and act in their own land. Somali just about if not the most violent people on the planet.

    Sir Richard Francis Burton described the Somali as that "most tempetous people."

    Sir Richard got a spear through his cheek during an encounter with some Somali.

    "you can take the Africa out of Africa . . . " And you know the rest.
