So many gorgeous, talented, personable stars back then.
I’ll tell you, though, my favorite of all time was the model—Dian Parkinson—from The Price is Right in the early ‘80s to mid-‘90s. I think she exceeded Marilyn Monroe in pure sexuality—not to mention Raquel Welch, Ann-Margret, Joey Heatherton, Yvette Mimieux, Angie Dickinson, et al. At that time, from 1982 to 1993, I definitely had Parkinson’s Disease [chuckle].

ReplyDeleteYes, all babes but I was always partial to the TV vixens more than the movie ones. I had an eye for the ladies even when I was a pre teen in the 60's and since I couldn't go to grown up movies yet the TV ones had to suffice. In no particular order, my favorites:
Barbara Eden (what I would have done to her in that bottle)
Julie Newmar as Catwoman (I wanted to unzip that catsuit)
Mary Ann and Ginger on Gilligan's Island (I fantasized about it just being me and them on that island)
Diana Rigg on the Avengers (man, when she cracked that whip and the silhouette of her body in the opening credits)
Barbara Feldon on Get Smart (I sensed there was something naughty about that name Agent 99)
Nichelle Nichols as Lt. Uhuru & various other Star Trek babes (they were best the 1st season with the miniskirts)
Sally Field the Flying Nun (I went to Catholic schools in grade school and was taught by nuns, none of them were as cute as she was, but I wished they were)
Goldie Hawn on Laugh In (why you and not me Kurt Russell?)
Billie Jo on Petticoat Junction, she was on Hee Haw also (well, any of the babes on Hee Haw, especially when they gave them pigtails and short shorts, didn't get any better than that)
Honorable mention to Carolyn Jones as Morticia on the Addams Family (there was something about the way she glided across the floor in that dress)
How about Elizabeth Montgomery and Bobbie Jo on "Petticoat Junction"?They were all very attractive, but in just choosing one,I'll stay with Miss Parkinson--as flirty, looking into a camera as was possible, but in a variety of ways.Subtly or explicitly and many shades in between. Many videos of her to enjoy from 30 years ago(hard to believe it's been that long).
