The D.C. police said the suspects are four black men who were driving a black BMW 328i with Virginia tags, Wtop News reported.

The BMW is his car -- retails for about $45k.

There's definitely a 'systemic issue', but he wouldn't want to hear what it really is.

The 'systemic issue' is Blacks.
