N.S.: How is Atlanta, a city with constant murders, a “city on edge”? And why is the ajc screaming about a couple of murdered females, when men are murdered there, by its own reckoning, five times as frequently?

The murder of Katie Janness was almost three weeks ago. Only Janness’ family, friends, and neighbors were reeling from her murder even just a day or two later.

Whom does Tyisha Fernandes—remember that name!—think she’s kidding? “Person of interest” is a euphemism for “suspect.” No more, and no less.
