Very dangerous to interact with mentally deranged persons, many of who are "on something." Best laid plans of men and mice often go awry. YES.

    Or in many cases,the homeless are NOT on something--a psych med that would keep their killing impulses under control.

    That's my favorite philosophical viewpoint--and so true.
    Just look at Whitey bending over backwards for blacks--and there's nothing but crime and turmoil as a reward.
